This is my 7th homemade wallpaper upload. The original image size was 640x480. I had to expand the attributes top, bottom, left, and right. I then drew a line 3 pixel spaces from the edge of the original image all the way around it. Filled in outer area in Black, then used the eyedropper tool to select the orange hue for the image border line.
