Pizza Tower is one such title that not only does that, but also immerses you in its aesthetics and music choices (all of which are excellent, with "It's Pizza Time!" as the main theme that will be one of your earworms in 2023). It will also improve your gaming skills, enticing you to achieve higher rankings for your level runs as you replay them over and over. The first run is excellent, but the second and possibly third will be exhausting as you search for items on the level.

Trust me when I say that Pizza Tower fills a gap in 2D platforming for both casual fans and true connoisseurs who have been waiting for Nintendo to release a new Wario title that isn't just a minigame or just plain trash. We don't need it with developer Tour De Pizza still working to keep the dream alive. Pizza Tower is an excellent substitute, taking what the developers learned from previous Wario Land platformers and making them feel fresh again. You haven't lived until you've played a minigame like Kirby Superstar vs. a gun-toting cowboy dough in a silhouette-style level similar to Donkey Kong Country.
