I agree, it's Juste Belmon. Do the tagger isnt that far of, it looks almost like Alucard from the game Symphony of the Night, also a Castlevania game. So, no it's neither of the Alucards.

No, it's not Alucard nor is it Aria of Sorrows.

It's the game before it on the GBA, Harmony of Dissonance. And it's Juste Belmon. Great art, ugly sprites, shitty game.
