ufffff I will say it...this one was HARD!!..well..first I made a background with some brushes in photoshop ..I added the lightning effect and then I put the wings on the backgroung...after this...I changed the tone of that girl and put her on the wings :)..and now I am happy :D...I know it is not the best not even good...but to me....it´s ok for a starter in photoshop *blush*
